Lighting is the one thing that can absolutely elevate any room or home. If you have a brand new home, the first thing I’d recommend doing would be to replace any builder-grade light fixtures (and also cabinet hardware) because these are the two areas that builders often skimp. If your home is older, swapping out a light fixture is a relatively affordable update that can be done in just a few minutes and can make a huge impact. It sets the tone and ambiance of your home and reflects your personality.
