Nursery Inspiration.
When I first found out I was pregnant, I knew that I wanted to create a very special nursery for our baby. So when it was confirmed we were having a boy, I immediately got to work brainstorming color schemes, themes (did we even need one??), and the overall mood that I wanted the room to evoke. Naturally, I started looking through everything from Pinterest and Lonny Magazine, to Restoration Hardware catalogues and Elle Decor.
After much browsing, I settled on a color scheme of blues, grays, and whites -- all colors that I'm naturally drawn to and that fit well with the rest of our home. As much as I love the idea of bright pops of color, I really wanted the room to bring a sense of calmness and serenity (because I can only imagine we'll need it!).
